Curtis Fields - Black Cherry
Curtis Field's Black Cherry...just a little something smooth for ya....i like the way he implemented the beat boxing on the title track... Daley - Those Who Wait
Finally downloaded Daley's Those Who Wait Mixtape. I stumbled across the track he did with Marsha Ambrosious entitled Alone Together and they complemented each other nicely enough to lead me to dig a little deeper and find some more material. Daley is a soul singer/ songwriter from Manchester UK, signed to Polydor Records. He's got a couple of nice tracks on there and he even tested out a remake of Maxwell's "Pretty Wings"...personally I wouldn't have messed with that one... it's kinda unredoable..but other than that, I listened to the whole thing and the title track Those Who Wait holds it down pretty solid~

El Hefe and the People's Ensemble - Beat Tape, Volume Two
Here's a wonderful instrumental album for the taking... the first move Take It From Me sets the rest of the album up nicely....the sample loops the phrase "I get my groove"... and i did exactly that, listening to this entire set in the background as i surfed the web...
Aja Monet - Scared To make love, Scared Not To

Fatal Lucciauno - Amazing
I love the production on this track (shout out to Jake One for that) ... plus Fatal Lucciauno's voice is cool enough to coast it. This laid back, straight street hop track called Amazing features J. Pinder and can be found on Fatal's Chicago born, Seattle raised, Sportin Life Records Respect album~

Iron Solomon - Almost There
I stumbled across this triumphant gem on twitter. Iron Solomon's heroic track, Almost There, is the driving force embedded in every hustle man's dream and the theme for every potential King or Queen. Knowing you are almost there, even when the finish line isn't in sight, produces the light at the end of the tunnel... which ultimately keeps you moving towards it. In whatever your selective domain, the accomplishment of a goal requires faith, which in itself constructs the connectivity between the vision and the desired results~
The Monster album is on itunes, get it here.

Check out this lyrically dope, boom bap, 12 piece ensemble, of higher echelon hip hop! Divine ScienZe, the combined manifestation of King I Divine & Scienze, is what i consider on the level of boombox music at it's best..Great beats, interchangeable mic moods, and enjoyable head nodding ambience. Jasiri X - While The World Is Watching
Controversial, aggressive, progressive dead prezidish, revolutionary objectives, opinionated & important, "While The World Is Watching " by Jasiri X is an emotion filled roller-coaster of hardcore lyrical state of the union addressedness.
